In the event that you need to cancel outside of 45 days then you will receive everything back in the form of store credit. Cancelling between 44-31 out from your tour start date will have a %50 cancellation fee and the remainder will be put into store credit. Cancelling inside of 30 days would forfeit everything as a cancellation fee. Cancellations can be addressed on a case by case basis as well.

Obviously weather can be unpredictable and changes all the time. In general you can say that during mid-summer months you have a 90% chance of staying dry and hot weather on any of our tours. It’ll always be a little cool along the west coast and you can always expect some rain along Route 66. Best thing is to come prepared, bring your raingear and a variety of clothing to be armed for all weather conditions.







Yes, you will be receiving your initial confirmation email which outlines the arrival and dates so you can plan your travel arrangements. From there you will receive a welcome packet with a wealth of information at 90, 60, and 30 days before your tour start date.




Store credits can only be used by and for the individual it was given to.

Store credits are used once per payment. Payments are made once during booking, and can be made multiple times afterwards.

Please note: Store credits can only be applied at locations within the same country as the original booking.

All store credits expire 1 year after they are issued.

There is a cost for a lost key and it depends on the type of bike you’re on, it can be up to $500 per key. This is problematic while you’re out on tour as you can’t start the bike and need to get moving so we highly recommend you keep the key is a safe place.

If you secure your rental with a credit/debit card, we will charge the security deposit on the day you pick up your rental vehicle. Your security deposit might be held by your bank for up to 45 days. After that, it will be automatically released in full unless we charge any damages, traffic violations or any other necessary charges against it.

No, you can't. Since the store credit is owned by an individual and non-transferable, store credit payment option is not available for group booking.




Most hotels we use on tour provide complimentary WiFi in the room or in the lobby for guests. There may be cases in remote locations where a WiFi signal is not available or comes with a fee.







It is important to us that each rider has enough gear and clothing to be comfortable for the entire length of the tour, so we allow one large suitcase and one carry-on size bag for each rider and passenger. We are very flexible on this policy in case you decide to do a bit of shopping along the way, of if you need to bring a few extra items to look great around the pool or on the town at night.

Most tour participants choose to bundle one of our Theft and Damage Waiver options with our Supplemental Liability Insurance options for maximum peace of mind. It is always best to ask your Tour Specialist which coverage they recommend during the simple booking process.

The Harley-Davidson Electra Glide and the Street Glide Touring Edition are the only bikes that come standard with the Tour-Pak, which provides the maximum amount of luggage space and passenger comfort. The other H-D models have the passenger backrest with luggage rack.
