Rental Credits are redeemable towards the daily cost of rentals. Members are still responsible for the costs of surcharges, taxes, fees, and add-ons such as but not limited to damage waivers and insurances.

Trike/3-Wheel motorcycles, ATV, and Side by Side vehicles require four (4) rental credits for each 24-hr rental period. Grand Touring motorcycles require three (3) rental credits for each 24-hr rental period. Certain model classes such as Touring, Sport Touring require two (2) rental credits for each 24-hr rental period while most other motorcycles only require one (1) rental credit for each 24-hr rental period.

First, check that you are logged into your Membership Account. Second, ensure that you have rental credits available in your account balance by viewing your account dashboard located under your User Account Settings. While logged into your account, start an online reservation. After selecting your bike and adding any additional extras, you’ll be able to apply your credits towards the daily rental cost of your chosen model on the Review and Book page under the payment section just before completing your booking. Rental Credits are applied towards the daily rental cost and exclude surcharges, taxes, fees, and add-ons such as but not limited to damage waivers and insurances. Once you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions and click BOOK NOW your reservation is confirmed and you will receive a confirmation via email.

For members signed up before April 12, 2018, your credit(s) will expire 24 months from the time it is received. For members signed up on or after February 27th, 2020, your credit(s) will expire 12 months from the time it is received.

Each membership terms is 12 months. Membership term length varies based on your current active Membership Plan. It is billed monthly and will renew automatically on your anniversary date. Information regarding your Membership is on your Membership Dashboard under User Settings. Here you will find relevant information such as the end date of your membership.

Membership is based on each 12-month term. Your subscription will automatically renew on your anniversary date unless you opt-out by disabling your membership automatic renewal setting before your year is up. You may opt-out of your next membership term by disabling automatic renewal located in your Membership Dashboard.

Once you have completed your 12-month term and have chosen not to renew for an additional term you will have 30 days to utilize any remaining credits, this is considered the 30 day grace period. The drop-off date of the reservation must be on or before the last day of the 30-day Grace Period, which is when membership discounts and credits expire. Charter members will be treated as new members during the 30-day time frame after cancellation or before rejoining.

NOTE: Membership discount will not be applied on reservations made while the membership account is 30-Day Grace Period (Within Grace Period).

If you decide to cancel, before the agreed to 12-month term, all accumulated credits will be forfeited.

Make an online reservation for pick up at a location participating in the Club EagleRider program. It is only available as long your reservation period includes your birthday. During the last step of your reservation, the system will apply one of the credits as your birthday rental. Birthday credits are available once per 12-month term.

Note: No birthday credits will be issued for for members signed up on or after February 27th, 2020.

Most participating locations have periods in which rental credits are not accepted. These are usually no more than a total of 60 days throughout the year and all other member benefits including your daily rate discount can still be used during that time.

Yes. Any reservation that is confirmed you can extend the reservation utilizing any available credits in your membership account as long as the drop-off date of your reservation is before the credit expiration date. Contact our Sales Team, or location directly, for assistance.

Membership Discounts on select EagleRider Tours, Apparel, and Additional Rental Days are only available at participating locations. Participating locations can be found on the Locations page.

5) If you applied your credits and the system recognized you are booking for someone else, the system will automatically charge a transfer fee (if applicable) per credit used.

NOTE: If you make a group booking, you must choose option "Pay for each motorcycle separately" in order to pay with Rental Credits.

Reservations made using credits are non-refundable and cannot be amended. You can receive store credit for the amount you paid and the cost per credit according to the rental terms and conditions; however, all credits would be forfeited.

Members are given their discounted daily rate and applicable credits. Rental Credits are applied towards the daily rental cost and exclude surcharges, taxes, fees, and add-ons such as but not limited to damage waivers and insurances. All other fees, including Peak Season Surcharges, Event Surcharges, One-Way Fees, Taxes and all other applicable fees remain the customer’s responsibility.

No. You may use your rental credits for yourself or friends and family while making an online booking and logged in to your account. If you choose to transfer your rental credit while all on the same booking, a transfer fee (if applicable) may be applied per credit to the booking. Credits cannot be taken from one membership account and added to another membership account.

All Membership Plans and their benefits are available only to U.S. and Canadian residents with valid driver's license from the state or province they reside. You must have a valid motorcycle class driver's license or equivalent motorcycle endorsement to rent a street-legal motorcycle, although a motorcycle license is not required to purchase and join our membership.

Enrollment is as simple as clicking the Join Now button on the Club EagleRider page and taking a couple of minutes to complete the registration and payment forms.

In addition to the credits, you also receive discounts usable for additional rental days, apparel, and even select tour packages! Any applicable discounts are automatically applied when booking online with your membership account, but we’ll make sure you still see how much you're saving! A Credit Transfer Fee is a small charge applied to your checkout total when applying your credits to another rider. You will also be charged this fee when you make a booking under a name that is not the primary account holder's name, or the name we have on file. Please, always double-check when making a booking that the first rider's name matches the first and last name signed up for Club EagleRider.

Your membership must be current and all dues paid. You must have at least 1 or more credits available for use in your account. For Premium Member Plans, your rental reservation period (pickup and dropoff) must be within 1 month from the time your credits are received. For other membership plans, your rental reservation period (pickup and dropoff) must be before the credit expiration date. If you are currently in the 30-day Grace Period window, your rental reservation period (pickup and dropoff) must be inside the Grace Period window.

If your membership is active, please do check location's calendar because your reservation pickup and drop-off date might fall on dates that the location does not accept Rental Credits. Yes, you can upgrade your current membership by logging onto you account at EagleRider.com, and choose the Membership tab and click on UPGRADE YOUR PLAN NOW button. Any current credits accumulated will move over to the new plan and Terms and Conditions.
