Club EAGLERIDER Membership is exclusively available to residents of the United States, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom who hold a valid motorcycle class driver’s license or an equivalent motorcycle endorsement. However, a motorcycle license is not required to purchase or join the membership, so whether you ride now or plan to in the future, you can still take advantage of all the incredible benefits Club EAGLERIDER has to offer!

All you need to do is enter your first and last name, email address, and a password of your choice. Then, on the next screen, provide a valid payment method, billing address, and a few basic details—and that’s it! You’re officially on your way to unlocking exclusive rental savings, special perks, and unforgettable riding experiences.

Rental Credits, also known as Membership Credits, are your access to more affordable and flexible rentals! These credits can be applied directly to the daily bike cost of your rental, helping you save while enjoying the convenience of our premium vehicles. As a member, you’ll still cover any applicable surcharges, taxes, fees, and optional add-ons like damage waivers and insurance, but with Rental Credits, you’ll significantly reduce your out-of-pocket expenses. Using your membership credits is simple and hassle-free! Here’s how:

Sign into Your Membership Account – Check your Membership Dashboard to ensure you have available rental credits.

Make a Reservation – While logged in, start an online booking. Choose your motorcycle model, add any extras, and proceed to the Review and Book page.

Apply Your Credits – Your membership credits will automatically apply toward the daily rental cost under the Reservation Total section. (Please note: Credits do not cover surcharges, taxes, fees, or add-ons such as accessories rental, damage waivers, and insurance.).

Confirm Your Booking – Agree to the Terms & Conditions, click BOOK NOW, and you’re all set! A confirmation email will be sent to you instantly.

Yes! Simply sign into your membership account and move forward by confirming a reservation entering the name of who you are booking for in the Riders Name field. Your Rental Credits will automatically apply to the booking. Please note that while they will enjoy the benefits of your credits, they will not receive the exclusive 20% member discount that applies to your personal rentals.

Credits can roll over for up to 18 months from the date they are received. After this rollover period, any unused credits will expire and cannot be reinstated or re-added to your account.

Example:
If you receive a rental credit today, you have up to 18 months to use it. Additionally, you can apply this credit to reservations up to 6 months in advance, as long as the drop-off date falls within the credit’s validity period plus 6 months.

Each Club EAGLERIDER membership term lasts 12 months. Your subscription will be billed monthly and automatically renews on your anniversary date, unless you disable auto-renewal.

Absolutely! Upgrading your Club EAGLERIDER membership is quick and easy.

Step 1: Log in to your account at EagleRider.com
Step 2: Go to Manage Membership under Your Account
Step 3: Click UPGRADE YOUR PLAN NOW

All of your existing membership credits will seamlessly be transferred to your new plan, along with its respective Terms and Conditions—so you can start enjoying even more benefits right away!

If you cancel a reservation made with membership credits, the standard cancellation terms outlined in our policy will apply. Additionally, you may be eligible to receive store credit equivalent to the cost per membership credit; however, please note that all membership credits used for the booking will be forfeited.

Exceptions:
In certain special circumstances, you may be eligible to receive your membership credits back along with store credit for the amount you paid. These circumstances include:
✔ Severe weather conditions
✔ Epidemics
✔ Medical reasons
✔ Government-mandated obligations (jury duty, court appearances, military deployment, etc.)

To qualify for an exception, you must provide appropriate documentation supporting your situation.
