Best sales experience ever!

I was in the market for a new motorcycle, and I saw an advertisement that seemed to good to be true. I called and spoke to Josh Dunne. He instantly impressed me with his customer service skills. Then, after meeting him at the shop, he went above and beyond to make my motorcycle purchase smooth. This is a top notch sales team, and I recommend them to anyone looking for a new motorcycle!

excellent bike

My son moved to Seattle last March and so my wife and I were anxious to come out an visit him and his wife and their new home in the Pacific Northwest. My son and I are both motorcycle riders, he has a Triumph Bonneville and I have a Honda Goldwing. So, when we get together I like to find a rental so the two of us can ride. But I really like to get a different bike when I rent so I can experience something different in the ride than what I’m used to back home (Indiana). I’ve rented the Triumph Bonneville on a couple of occasions and so tried the BMW 1200 RT this time with Eagle Riders. The bike was excellent. It was very powerful and responsive, even in the higher gears. We crossed from West Seattle on the Fauntleroy Ferry and road north on the Olympic Penisula on Highway 101. It was very scenic, running mostly along the water and through a number of nice little communities. We had lunch at the Model T restaurant – very tasty fish and chips – before riding north along 101 to the Hood Canal bridge. We crossed back over there on Highway 104 and then picked up Highway 3 for our trip back south and the return to the shop. Our total trip was about 8 hours, we did have to wait a bit on the return ferry but most of the time was on the bikes and riding. We had a wonderful day and I look forward to my next visit to Seattle.

The team at Eagle Riders were very efficient and helpful. I arrived early, while Brian was putting out the motorcycles. I had a quick breakfast at Flap Jacks, across the road, while I waited for my son to arrive on his Triumph. They got us on the road right at 8 AM and we returned as they were putting the bikes up at 5 PM. The staff got us checked back in and helped me get a taxi for my trip back to Seattle.

I have my eye on an Indian for my next rental. It is a classic bike and the ones that Eagle Riders have look very sharp. Never ridden one of those motorcycles but I’ve now got it on my bucket list.
