EagleRider is opening its doors to a new location in HARLEY-DAVIDSON OF STATEN ISLAND. The NYC borough is connected to Lower Manhattan Staten Island Ferry, providing free transportation to Staten Island, sailing across scenic New York Harbor the ferry offers a relaxing ride and great views of the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and the city skyscraper skyline.

If you want to ride to the boroughs, hop on what was once the longest suspension span in the world, the nearly one-mile Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge, which connects Staten Island to Brooklyn. Other Bridges connecting Staten Island to New Jersey are the Outerbridge Crossing, Goethals Bridge and Bayonne Bridge.

Things to do on the borough include on the Staten Island Zoo, habitat to kangaroos, birds of prey and snakes, as well as the Snug Harbor Cultural Center and Botanical Garden, showcasing flower beds, Greek revival buildings, and art galleries. Its grounds also include the Staten Island Children’s Museum. For something a little scarier, the Kreischer Mansion, a once lovely Victorian home, said to be one of the most haunted places in the entire city. Appropriately, it’s just off Arthur Kill Road. The abandoned Fort Wadsworth, with crude beginnings dating back to a 1663 Dutch base, had held the record for the longest occupied base in US history before it closed in 1994. Today, Fort Wadsworth is part of the Gateway National Recreation Area.

Available rentals include Harley-Davidson Electra Glide, Street Glide, Heritage Softail, Low Rider, Road King, Sportster 1200 and Road Glide. Rent by the day, week, or multiple weeks. Rates start at $99 for a three-week rental. Free use of a helmet is included in motorcycle rentals.
