March 20, 2020 Update

The following locations are temporary closed for rental pick-up (open for scheduled drop-offs) and are planned to reopen on April 20,2020

March 19, 2020 Update

The State of Califonia and the County of Los Angeles are going into "Safer at Home" initiative to prevent the spread of COVID-19 virus. We will be closing our Los Angeles, Bartels' Harley-Davidson, and San Diego rental locations effective immediately through April 19, 2020 (this date has the potential to change). Our team is reaching out to all customers.

EagleRider Miami will be closing effective today and will remain closed until April 20, 2020 (this date has the potential to change). Our team is reaching out to all customers. 

March 18, 2020 Update

EagleRider Scottsdale will be closing starting today through March 31, 2020. Our team is contacting the existing customers with pickups and dropoffs in this timeframe. 

Several of our Florida locations, Orlando, East Orlando, and Kissimmee, will have new hours/days of operation: 

  • Closing all 3 locations on Monday’s and Tuesday’s until further notice

  • Operating hours 10AM - 5PM Wednesday-Sunday at all 3 locations until further notice

March 17, 2020 Update

The Governor of the state of Nevada has ordered the statewide shutdown of all nonessential business starting noon on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 and lasting for 30 days. This will affect the following EagleRider locations:

We are beginning to reach out to the customers with existing reservations. 

March 16, 2020 Update

EagleRider San Francisco and San Jose are closed from March 16 until April 7 (the reopening date is subject to change). All existing customers will be contacted and provided store credits to rebook at a later date. 

Palm Springs North will be closed through March 31. We are contacting the customers with existing bookings.

March 13, 2020 Update

Dear Fellow Riders,

As the world continues to take strong measures to fight the spread of the COVID-19 virus, our thoughts and wishes go out to those of you, your friends, and loved ones that may have been afflicted.

As with many of our hotel, airline, and attraction partners in the travel industry, the team at EagleRider wants to ensure that we do everything we can to accommodate our customers who currently have rental or tour reservations and are not able to travel to our locations, as well as those planning motorcycle travel for 2020. To this end, we are relaxing our standard policies regarding booking cancellations and modifications.

Effective immediately, all EagleRider rental and tour customers with existing bookings for 2020 will have the ability to change their reservation with no penalties.

We do require customers that are living outside of the USA to provide notice at least 10 days before pick-up. Customers residing in the USA are required to provide notice no less than 3 days before pick-up.

If you choose to cancel, you will be issued a 100% store credit that can be redeemed towards the total price of a new reservation made within twelve months from the change date. All guided and self-guided tours customers are required to provide notice no less than 15 days before the tour start date.

Please note that EagleRider tour customers that choose to change the reservation inside of the 15-day window before pick-up may be subject to hotel cancellation fees that we are not able to recover.

If you haven’t made your motorcycle travel reservations for 2020 yet, we want you to book with peace of mind knowing that the above policies will also apply to any new bookings for 2020.
