Day 1 :Ankunft in Las Vegas, NV
Miles : 0 Kilometers : 0
Arriving from the UK, you land in the city of desert decadence, Las Vegas. All the cliches about the city never sleeping and "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" are true - if you want them to be. And our Hotel is among the most legendary in Vegas: Caesars Palace, the site of Evel Knievel's infamous 1967 jump., and most recently the Hotel in the film "The Hangover". It does not get any more Vegas than this, baby! After a welcome dinner you're free to enjoy the strip.
Day 2 :Las Vegas, NV
Miles : 70 Kilometers : 113
On Saturday we collect the bikes you have chosen for your holiday. After a brief orientation, you can then either return to the hotel or take a short ride out for a desert mountain lunch to familiarise yourself with the bike. This ride is highly recommended not only for getting yourself up to speed with riding on US roads, but also for the beautiful desert scenery. We return to Caesar's in the late afternoon, and you have a free night in Vegas. We're up very early the next morning to depart so watch the time and remember, there aren't any clocks in Vegas!
Day 3 :Las Vegas, NV – Twentynine Palms, CA

Before dawn we make our way south away from Vegas, to get some miles in before the sun gets too high. If you've never ridden a bike in the desert, get ready to redefine the word "hot". It was 48 degrees last year! Hydration vests are a necessity, as is completely covering up your skint. You'll be riding thru the heart of the Mohave Desert, along deserted dusty roads that stretches into infinity all around you. You'll be riding the best preserved sections of the legendary Route 66, with a feel like you're stepping back in time. After a long hot day in the saddle, we arrive at our desert oasis hotel, and usually relax in the pool with cold beers and frozen margaritas. The food at this hotel is always gorgeous.
Day 4 :Twentynine Palms, CA – Big Bear Lake, CA
Miles : 95 Kilometers : 153
Your next day's ride will take you from the desert floor high into the San Gabriel Mountains. As you wind your way up on this snake-like road, you will feel and see the desert heat falling away behind you as you climb up and over the range before dropping down into the lakeside mountain resort of Big Bear Lake. You will arrive at the hotel around midday and will be able to enjoy both the town and lake into the evening, and just relax.
Day 5 :Big Bear Lake, CA – Los Angeles, CA

The luxury of this hotel makes the perfect backdrop for the whole LA experience. From the hotel you can cruise the Strip as well as Mulholland Drive where Steve McQueen raced his cars and bikes against the police. Couples usually take these days off, go shopping at the Beverly Center or on Melrose Drive, or perhaps a tour of Universal Studios.

"After two days in LA we will make our way out onto the Pacific Coast Highway at Santa Monica before heading north and onto one of the World’s most stunning roads, Highway 1. The next two days will be spent on this road, as we head toward Monterey. We usually lunch in Santa Barbara, and continue to an overnight stop that you will never forget. We can personally recommend the massages on offer at this hotel."

Miles : 135 Kilometers : 217
The second day on Highway 1 is even better than the first with the road getting wilder and the scenery more spectacular. As you arrive in Monterey ready for the weekend's racing you will have just ridden some of the most amazing roads in America, and seen more of the States than many Americans.
Day 8 :San Louis Obispo, Ca – Monterey, CA
Miles : 25 Kilometers : 40
Our hotel for the race weekend is in the coastal town of Monterey, where most of the teams and riders stay. The US MotoGP rounds are not a mobscene like in Italy or Spain, so the riders are relaxed and go out in public. In previous years our guests have even met Valentino Rossi at dinner in Fisherman's Wharf, or just walking down the street!
Day 9 :Monterey, CA – Laguna Seco, CA
Miles : 25 Kilometers : 40
Guests often mention that Laguna Seca is the best MotoGP round for a spectator, and with good reason: the tight course always produces great racing, and the viewing is superb. Unique to the Laguna Seca MotoGP round, you will have your own Paddock Pass - no other MotoGP round offers this. The pass lets you wander freely around both the circuit and the paddock.
Day 10 :Laguna Seco, CA

"Monday morning things are quiet in Monterey, so we set off for a short but beautiful ride along the coast road towards San Francisco. Then we head into San Francisco, drop off the bikes and check into our wonderful city centre hotel."
