I have just returned from an Eaglerider Wild West Tour, setting off from LA with my husband Chris, and wanted to write to thank you for such an amazing experience, and compliment you on your staff, who made the whole trip so memorable, and one of our best holidays ever.
From the booking process with Stephen Johnson, who answered all my questions and managed our booking, through to Don Carpenter, our excellent tour guide and Ralph Jaskulla, our support van driver, the whole experience was exceptional. Don and Ralph in particular are a real credit to your organisation, nothing was too much trouble, and they were at all times professional and good fun.
The quality of the tour was higher than we expected and the included breakfasts, welcome and farewell dinners (including a limo ride in Las Vegas!), support vehicle with a supply of very welcome ice cold water, riding jackets and all park entry fees included made it great value for money.
This was our first experience of a guided motorcycle tour and will now definitely not be our last with Eaglerider, we are already saving for a Rocky Mountain tour!
Many thanks again for a great experience and please pass on our thanks to all your staff involved.
It's a happy journey!
The scenery was spectacular, the people with us were great, the roads were really good and I'm glad we chose Harley Davidson's for our first US bike trip. Our tour guide, Jeff, was excellent as was Mike who drove the van for the first half and Wilm who was learning the route to guide it in future and drove the van for the second half, and they all certainly made everyone feel relaxed, as well as keeping us all in order, dealing with any little problems and giving us plenty of hints and tips.
My bike broke down during the trip but having the support van following us meant it was straightforward to unload the spare from the trailer and I was on the way again after a very short delay.
We were sad to finish the trip and we're both thinking about what to do next!
