Our San Francisco South Self Drive Tour combines coastal and mountain riding into one spectacular adventure. Start in San Francisco and ride south on the famous Pacific Coast highway. For two days take in the beauty of the Pacific Ocean and head to Monterey and San Luis Obispo. After you coastal adventure ride inland to Visalia, Yosemite, and South Lake Tahoe for some of the best mountain roads in Northern California. Visit the Sequoias, take in the natural beauty of Yosemite, and see the clear water of South Lake Tahoe before riding back to San Francisco.

Arrive at San Francisco International Airport and transfer to your hotel. Overnight.
This morning you pick up your motorcycle and begin your journey down one of the best coastal roads in the United States, Pacific Coast Highway. As you ride down PCH enjoy breathtaking views of the many coves and inlets along the Pacific coastline as you are head for Monterey. If you have time stop for a cup of coffee at Alice’s Restaurant at famous Skyline Boulevard – a must for every biker! As you continue your ride visit Santa Cruz for a charming Oceanside city. In Monterey enjoy life at Cannery Row or visit the Bay Aquarium. Overnight.
From Monterey continue your ride south along the ocean to your next stop, San Luis Obispo. Today is filled with spectacular views and great roads to highlight the beauty of California. Check out Hearst Castle in San Simeon for a glimpse into the lifestyle of the rich and famous. Ride past this California icon to the quaint town of Morro Bay, home to Morro Rock. Your overnight destination is San Luis Obispo, a town surrounded by wine country and is home to award winning wines and premium vineyards. Today highlights the best of the Central California Coast!
From San Luis Obispo ride north to Atascadero and then head east to Visalia. As you ride towards your overnight stop take in the scenery of vineyards and farmland. Continue east through the California Valley to Visalia, your gateway to Sequoia National Park.
Today is filled with great mountain roads and spectacular views as you ride to Yosemite National Park. Ride out of Visalia and into Sequoia National Park, home to the giant sequoia trees. Ride through this stunning National Park on an amazing roads full of twists and turns. As your ride out of the sequoias head into Fresno and then up to Yosemite for your overnight stop.
Today’s ride is filled with great roads and stunning views as you ride to Lake Tahoe. Start your ride in Yosemite and ride through Tioga Pass for a breathtaking view into Yosemite National Park. Yosemite is one of the oldest National Parks in the United States and is home to Half Dome Peak. This National Park is a true California icon. As you ride out of Tioga pass be sure to stop and see Mono Lake. Continue north until you ride into the quaint town of South Lake Tahoe.
Today ride back to the charming city of San Francisco. As you head back ride down the mountain and through the Central California Valley. Finally ride across the famous Golden Gate Bridge to return your bike.
Today your trip will end with your departure flight back home.
