Job Description: High Energy Company is currently recruiting highly motivated, industrious General Managers for various locations nationwide to enhance current operations and develop growth.

Experience Required:

Must possess good administrative, public relations, and maintenance skills to enhance overall operations.

Must possess solid communication skills to ensure team building, organization skill set along with superior customer service skills.

Prior rental company experience is a definite asset.

Must possess solid computer skills, as well as logistics and development communiqué.

Must possess solid leadership qualities.

Must implement policies and procedures as established by Corporate Headquarters.

Responsible for all local marketing to enhance growth and development keeping with company branding and reputation. General Manager must display and communicate innovative and creative concepts to increase revenue stream.

Oversees all Managers/Employees within location ensuring responsibilities and benchmarks are met per Corporate Headquarters as well as maintaining good inter-company core values.

Ultimately responsible for all Managerial, Administrative, Service, Sales at location.

Inbound / outbound fleet planning, seasonality, monthly, weekly, daily and maintenance.

Must be able to formulate solid, effective, conscientious business decisions.
