Thank you for your interest in EagleRider, the world’s largest motorcycle rental and tour company. Here are the steps that are required to be considered for an EagleRider Franchise:

1. Submit an EagleRider Confidential Questionnaire. Choose the appropriate form. Start up or Stand Alone, Dealer or Rental Business. These forms are available online. Please fill it out completely and return to us via e-mail, fax, or mail.

2. Upon receipt, EagleRider management will evaluate your Franchise Outlet request

3. If approved, you will be invited to attend an Opportunity Day in Los Angeles. You will meet the EagleRider corporate team, tour our facility, and learn about the many advantages and opportunities of becoming an EagleRider franchisee.

4. Submit an EagleRider Franchise Application, including current financial information.

5. Review the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC).

6. Complete the Business Plan Questions, including a three year financial pro-forma, to determine the viability of your proposed outlet.

7. Upon receipt, review, and approval of all required documentation, EagleRider may choose to offer you an EagleRider Franchise Outlet in your desired territory.

Please allow at least 30 days for us to review and process your EagleRider Franchise Application. This application is not a Franchise Agreement and under no circumstances does the submittal of your application to EagleRider or its subsequent review and processing imply, in any manner, EagleRider’s intention to accept you as a Franchise. You are not accepted as an EagleRider Franchise unless and until you and EagleRider execute a Franchise Agreement. No employee, Licensee, Franchisee, agent of J.C. BroMac Corporation or EagleRider, Inc. has any authority whatsoever to waive or otherwise deviate from the foregoing procedures, and any such deviation shall not be binding upon EagleRider.
